PALLETIZING SYSTEMS WITH 4 AXES ABB ROBOT

Possibility to realize palletizing systems with ABB 4 axes robot of different types and based on specific customers needs, adaptable by different layout statement.

The ABB Safemove system allows to electronically manage the robot movements in order to let it operate in the minimum spaces of necessary operation, by keeping safety standards as required by the Regulations. The systems can be set-up in the easier version with boxes input roller conveyors and palletization with manual pallet handling, until more completed and complex solutions including also pallet storage, double- level conveyors for empty and full pallet transport, rolls-chains exchange, rotating tables, cove shuttles. Picking and handling systems are studied and realized “ad hoc” based on the products to be handled and performances to be reached. The systems, from the simplest to the more complex, in addition to direct control of the robot, are managed by an integrated PLC that allows the operator to interact by a touch panel of interface.

All the systems are equipped by a modem for remote assistance and, if requested, it is possible to insert Ethernet webcam in order to monitor the line from the outside.
