SHRINK-WRAPPING MACHINE AT 4 ROLLS DOUBLE INLET mod. DCB18-SL FOR SHORT AND LONG PASTA BAGS
The double inlet 4 rolls shirk-wrapping machine is suitable to form completed closed bundle of long or short pasta bags or different type of products, with pillow, gusseted, square bottom, double square bottom bags, case.
The machine is equipped with a double inlet with launching belt to receive the bags coming from two packaging machines, a trap system with right&left mobile plain compose the bundle that, by a motorized pusher, is translated inside a central chart. The central chart transports alternatively the bundle coming from right and left on the loading central carton position where a third pusher moves the bundle inside the wrapping point. Two couple of thermo- retractable vertical and horizontal rolls operate a wrapping of the bundle before the entrance in the oven that allows the thermo- shrinking and the formation of the final bundle.
