Case packer Mod. SVM18-C is suitable for a vertical pick & place filling of the carton with pillow bags, square bottom, double square bottom and cases in vertical position inside and pillow bags in horizontal position inside American or expositor carton type. The closing of the carton can be done with adhesive tape or hot glue.

The machine is equipped with an inlet launching belt to receive the bags coming from one or more packaging machines and, in case of bags in vertical position, a separating system disposes the bags in vertical position composing the single rows that successively are translated on a picking plain by a “comb” pusher to form the layer; in case of lay down bags, those are positioned on a steps belt to form the single rows. Motorized arms at pneumatic drive operate for the picking and carton form. After the layer picking and the filling by 2 interpolate axis and aspirating picking head or automatic pince, carton is moved towards the phase of closing flaps by mechanical contrasts and pneumatic drive arms; in this phase, the adhesive tape or hot glue are affixed.
