CASE PACKER mod. DHM18-L DOUBLE INLET FOR LONG PASTA BAGS
Case packer mod. DHM18-L is a suitable machine with lateral “side load” filling, double inlet, for long pasta pillow bags in vertical position inside American carton or expositor. The closing of the carton can be done with adhesive tape or hot glue.
The machine is equipped with a double inlet with launching belt to receive the bags coming from one or more packaging machines, a trap system with right&left mobile plain composed the bundle that, by a motorized pusher, is translated inside a central chart. The central chart transports alternatively the bundle coming from right and left on the loading central carton position where a third pusher moves the bundle inside the carton. Motorized arms at pneumatic drive operate the pick and the form of the carton. A funnel mechanical contrast allows the carton stability and makes posterior contrast to the bundle during the insertion phase. The carton is transported towards the closing flaps step that is made by mechanical contrasts and motorized arms at pneumatic drive; in this phase, the adhesive tape or hot glue are affixed.
